Long time no see...
Published on 2010-06-02 18:27:33.
I've realised that the site hasn't been updated in a while...well, kind of a looong while.
In reality, lots have been going on...
I finished my Bachelor's programme in Network Computing and will probably go to the Royal Holloway University of London for an InfoSec Master's degree.
1 new cool project is coming, an abandoned one (WebSpidah) in going to be revived, if I find time, as well as 2 publications, hopefully, will be sent to the BCS and/or the ACM.
And... I'm thinking of turning SegFault.gr into a blog-like site posting random stuff that come to mind...or maybe add a blog to a subdomain, can't bother extending the CMS to add that functionality and I don't trust any 3rd party CMS, so we'll see...
Anyways, that's all folks...c ya.

Social bookmark buttons
Published on 2008-09-08 14:15:38.
so I thought I'd make your lives easier by adding social bookmarking buttons to SegFault's entries.
So... go nuts everybody. :)

Zapotek.
vget now in Launchpad
Published on 2008-09-07 05:39:22.
New releases will be added there as well along with a Bazaar mirror of Segfault's SVN repository of vget.
Launchpad also enables users of vget to ask questions and file bug reports as well as interact with the code via the Bazaar repository.
Furthermore, Deb packages will be added which can be obtained from my
"Personal Package Archive" using APT.
Everything is not yet in order as I'm currently organizing stuff but it'll all be ready soon.
Regards,
Zapotek.
Website updates
Published on 2008-07-28 10:28:49.
Changes to SegFault's caching system were made so there is a possibility
that certain parts of the site may be unavailable due to bugs.
Also, Google Ads were added, to try and meet hosting expenses, as well as a Google search form.
If you find anything that doesn't work as it's supposed to, drop me a line.
Enjoy your visit,
Zapotek.
New Project: vget
Published on 2008-05-15 16:28:03.
Its name is vget and it is a Linux video downloader for the Veoh service.
You can freely download videos from Veoh with no registration, no personal data, full-time and high-resolution.
Enjoy everyone,
Zapotek.
Segfault IDS now activated
Published on 2008-02-14 22:49:04.
Should anyone try to outsmart me he will be logged and his IP address will be published on your right, in the "Stupid people" 's list.
If the list is not visible we either truncated the logs or no one tried to hack this website yet, however the latter is very unlikely.
Although damage on Segfault cannot be inflicted, it's fun to watch people try.
Cheers,
Zapotek.

Down time
Published on 2008-01-29 14:48:26.
The down time was caused due to our transfer to a new hosting company.
Good news is that we are now sitting on an OC-48 line and unlimited disk space as well as our own SVN server.
So stay tuned because new services and features are going to pop up.
Regards,
Zapotek.
Changes to the design

New start for Segfault.Gr
Published on 2007-09-06 20:51:46.
Amazingly enough most of the traffic was international, even though the site was in Greek so the new SegFault.Gr is in English.
The website is totally rewritten and more cool stuff are going to be published.
Downtime is a possibility while we iron out random bugs.
Should you find any bugs please report them to zapotek@segfault.gr, preferably with "[BUG]" in the subject.
